Apex ABA Therapy in Baltimore seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design ABA therapy plans, supervise therapists, and monitor progress. This full-time, in-person position offers a generous sign-on bonus, a competitive salary starting at $90,000, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification given by the BACB.
• At least 1 year of Experience with working with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans
• Monitor the progress, and make adjustments on a regular basis
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
• Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
• Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training
• Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases
