Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LBA) to practice.
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high quality ABA services.
• Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and design BIPs as part of client care.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
