Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism in our Charlotte area clinic. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LBA).
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Supervise RBTs/BTs and oversee clinical staff.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with families.
