Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and develop child-specific ABA behavior plans in our Dallas Learning Centers. The role emphasizes mentorship from clinical leaders and ongoing staff training to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with prior supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BACB-BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field with behavioral health knowledge.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on clients’ behavior plans.
• Conduct weekly data reviews to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as needed based on progress.
