Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a blended role of direct 1:1 intervention and case supervision under a Clinical Director. You’ll support children with autism, conduct assessments, and oversee RBTs for consistent program delivery.

You will use ABA techniques such as DTI/NET, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and partner with families and school staff to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is strictly required for interview eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and guided compliance.
• Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of staff.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS).
• Record, analyze, and report skill acquisition and behavior data in Excel.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure program consistency.
