Job summary

Ability Builders is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Analyst for a clinic in Atlanta. The role blends direct 1:1 intervention with high-level supervision under the Clinical Director to deliver autism services.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS), and use ABA techniques to help children reach milestones in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Strong documentation and collaboration with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required for interview eligibility.
• Master's degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, including reinforcement, punishment, and 3-step guided compliance.
• Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.
• Active in a clinic environment with physical requirements (bend, stand, lift 20+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Balance 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans (IBP).
• Use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and problem behavior.
• Establish cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation.
