Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in the United States is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services. You will supervise technicians, develop ABA programs, perform FBAs, and educate parents to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth. The position requires BCBA certification, VA LBA licensure, and completion of standard pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in Virginia (Virginia Board of Medicine).
• Criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam required (and paid).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs with parent education.
• Provide ongoing clinician support and education to families.
• Adapt to challenging situations with flexibility and pursue growth.
• Communicate proactively and collaborate with teams.
