Job summary

Metrocare Services in the United States seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to deliver ABA services for children with autism. You will perform skills and functional assessments, develop intervention plans, and supervise RBTs under BACB standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, family training, and ongoing collaboration with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Completion of Behavior Analytic Coursework and supervisor experience leading to certification.
• One year experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Perform skill assessments using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Developmental Profile-3, Vineland or ABC.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop behavior acquisition, intervention and reduction plans.
• Monitor data and adjust interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor RBTs in BACB standards.
• Provide direct ABA services to children with autism.
• Deliver parent training for enrolled families.
