GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop individualized programs for clients in natural settings. The candidate will supervise treatment plan implementation, providing training and feedback to staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lead clinical supervisor meetings and provide feedback to staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older.
• Supervise implementation of client treatment plans.
• Provide feedback and training to BT staff and parents.
• Conduct RBT competency assessments and supervision.
