Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Supervising Analyst to manage a dedicated caseload and supervise RBTs under the guidance of a Clinical Director.

The role involves applying DTI and NET techniques to advance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills for children with autism. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and maintain thorough documentation while coordinating with families and clinicians to ensure consistent program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field is required/preferred.
• Active BCBA certification is required for interview eligibility.
• Experience with ABA techniques and functional assessments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct & Supervisory Care: balance 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases.
• Clinical Assessment: conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP / ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans.
• Data Oversight: use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and problem behavior.
• Collaborative Leadership: establish strong, cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation.
