Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Supervising Analyst (BCBA) in the Atlanta area to lead direct 1:1 intervention and supervise RBTs and Behavior Assistants under the Clinical Director. You will implement ABA techniques to help children reach communication and daily living milestones.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, data oversight in Excel, and collaborating with families and schools to ensure consistent care and treatment fidelity.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is strictly required.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, including reinforcement and punishment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.
• Clinic environment requiring physical activity (bend, stand, lift).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB‑MAPP/ABLLS) to create IBPs.
• Record, analyze, and report skill acquisition and problem behavior in Excel.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent program implementation.
