Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a compassionate School Contract RBT to join our team. You will work one-on-one with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering ABA therapy in both center-based and school-based settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with BCBAs, teachers, families, and ongoing training. A high school diploma and an active BACB RBT certification are required, with 40 hours per week and one

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, school staff, and families.
• Set up therapy materials and adapt teaching approaches.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and organizational policies.
