Job summary

Gersh Autism, operating as Ready Set Connect, seeks a compassionate School Contract RBT to work with students with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and support skill development in cooperation with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or ASD is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record accurate data and maintain progress notes; report concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Set up and maintain therapy materials and environments; adapt teaching approaches as needed.
