Job summary

KidsLink Family of Services is hiring School Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based behavioral support in public school settings. Positions involve 1:1 or embedded classroom support with students, aligned to BCBA supervision and BACB standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to pursue RBT certification within a set date after hire. Typical sessions run with school schedules, starting as early as 7:30am and ending by 4:00pm, with a minimum availability

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred
• Experience delivering ABA-based behavioral support in schools
• Willing to obtain RBT within date of hire
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based behavioral support for students in 1:1 or embedded classroom settings
• Work a schedule starting as early as 7:30am and ending around 4:00pm with a minimum 8:00am–3:00pm availability
• Drive up to 25 miles to assigned sessions
• Participate in ongoing supervision with a BCBA and required trainings
