Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Contract RBT to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication and social skills to help students reach individualized goals.

The role requires strong communication, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving lives of students with ASD, with duties spanning data collection, collaboration with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or ASD is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel between centers and school locations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to students.
• Safely address challenging behaviors using ABA techniques and safety care.
