Job summary

Pbs Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and mentorship to develop clinical skills.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is mandatory, with travel locally and reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology or education.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
