SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, seeks a Social Learning Specialist (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Michigan. The position centers on 25 billable hours weekly, with group programming and community outreach, integrating NDBI methods in home, school, and community settings.

You will design peer social skills groups, collaborate with families, and contribute to a neurodiversity-affirming model at the Hub in Okemos, MI. Competitive benefits and mentorship support this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in group facilitation, not just individual programming.
• Creativity around community-building and event-style programming.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week, delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
• Design and facilitate peer social skills groups across age ranges at our Hub.
• Plan and run monthly community outreach events, creating low-pressure, affirming spaces for connection.
• Adapt naturalistic, play-based strategies for group and community settings, not just 1:1.
• Partner with families to reinforce social goals outside the group setting.
• Help define what a neurodiversity-affirming social group should look like.
