Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA - Program Development & Innovation Specialist in a hybrid role in Michigan. Build protocols, curricula, and training materials for the team while delivering NDBI-based services.

You’ll design resources, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with leadership to improve clinical tools and approaches. The role blends clinical work with development and offers CEUs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Michigan state licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build curricula, training systems, and protocols.
• Interest in mentoring BCBA/BCaBA candidates.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week providing NDBI-based services.
• Design and refine clinical protocols, assessment tools, and program resources.
• Build training materials and structured pathways for BCBA and RBT growth.
• Mentor and supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates and fieldwork hours.
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps in clinical resources and pilot solutions.
• Stay current on NDBI research and translate it into usable tools.
