Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA - Program Development & Innovation Specialist for a hybrid role in Michigan. You will design protocols, curricula, and training materials, and manage a 25 billable hour caseload across home, school, and community settings.

You will mentor BCBA/BCaBA candidates, pilot new clinical resources, and collaborate with leadership to close gaps in resources. Competitive benefits and a hub in Okemos support growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan state licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Interest in mentoring clinicians and building training systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week across home, school, and community settings.
• Design and refine clinical protocols, assessment tools, and program resources used company‑wide.
• Build training materials and structured pathways for BCBA and RBT clinical growth.
• Mentor and supervise individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA credential, including supervised fieldwork hours.
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps in clinical resources and pilot solutions.
• Stay current on NDBI research and translate it into usable, practice‑ready tools for the team.
