Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA to join our Lansing-area team. This role blends social skills group facilitation with an in-home caseload, offering variety and professional growth in a supportive setting.

You will collaborate with families, supervise groups, and ensure BACB standards are met. Evening availability is required; remote-friendly tasks exist, including documentation and parent training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Michigan license (or eligibility).
• Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming.
• Strong prompt-fading know-how and promoting client independence.
• Neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach.
• Availability for ~3 evenings per week.
• Team player willing to contribute to long-term goals.
• Commitment to BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands.
• Fade prompts and supports to build independence; help clients generalize.
• Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside group work.
• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship per BACB standards.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals beyond group time.
