Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA to join our Lansing-area team. You’ll blend in-home caseloads with social skills groups, supervise groups, and mentor other staff while applying BACB standards.

This hybrid role offers a manageable caseload, remote-friendly tasks, competitive benefits, and opportunities to shape our Social Connections Club at the Okemos Hub. Availability for about three evenings per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Michigan license (or eligibility).
• Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming.
• Strong prompt-fading know-how and a passion for building client independence.
• Neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach.
• Availability for ~3 evenings/week.
• Team player ready to help build something long-term — not just fill a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands alongside our social groups team.
• Fade prompts and supports to build lasting independence; help clients generalize across settings.
• Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside your group work.
• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship consistent with BACB standards.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals that extend beyond group time.
