SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, seeks a BCBA to lead social learning initiatives in a hybrid role across our Okemos hub and community sites.

The role centers on delivering NDBI-based services with a 25-hour billable caseload, building peer groups, and organizing community outreach. Hybrid clinical and group programming in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan state licensure is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week, delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
• Design and facilitate peer social skills groups across age ranges at our Hub.
• Plan and run monthly community outreach events, creating low-pressure, affirming spaces for connection.
• Adapt naturalistic, play-based strategies for group and community settings, not just 1:1.
• Partner with families to reinforce social goals outside the group setting.
• Help define what a neurodiversity-affirming social group should look like; provide input on the model.
