SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA to join the Lansing area team. The role blends social skills group facilitation with a smaller in-home ABA caseload and requires a flexible, client-centered approach.

You will lead after-school social groups, supervise a small team, and partner with families to set meaningful goals while maintaining BACB standards. This position offers a collaborative hub and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Michigan license (or eligibility).
• Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming.
• Strong prompt-fading know-how and a passion for client independence.
• Neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach.
• Availability for ~3 evenings/week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands with the social groups team.
• Fade prompts and supports to build independence and generalize skills.
• Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside group work.
• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and BACB-aligned mentoring.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals beyond group sessions.
