Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing data to tailor individualized treatment plans. Regular family consultations and team meetings are part of the position.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends or late nights. Competitive pay, benefits package, and a $6,000 annual incentive potential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and ongoing check-ins.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
