Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Merchantville, NJ to lead a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs in a dedicated center-based program.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a thorough benefits package, laptop, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering data-driven interventions to children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings and family supervision.
• Consult with families on treatment and staff concerns.
