Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver supervision, manage a small caseload, and guide BTs/RBTs through data-based treatment plans.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a comprehensive benefits package, a laptop, and opportunities for performance bonuses. Must hold BCBA and have 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
