Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Middlesex, NJ for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and collaborate with families to optimize treatment for a small caseload.

Requirements include BCBA certification and a Master’s degree; at least 1 year of applicable experience. We offer competitive pay, a $6,000 annual incentive, comprehensive benefits, a laptop, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
