Kaleidoscope ABA in Springfield, MA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role focuses on direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, data review, and tailoring treatment plans for small caseloads.

The candidate will consult with families and collaborate with our Clinical Manager for support with scheduling and caseload management. The position offers a competitive salary in the 85k–95k range, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match,

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and supervise a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload needs.
