Clarvida in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral support to a small caseload of 8–12 clients. You will work with a collaborative clinical team, maintain a 23-hour weekly billable target, and balance client care with professional development.

Required BCBA certification and NC licensure (or willingness to obtain) along with BACB supervision training. Competitive salary $72,000–$98,000 and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or pending licensure in NC.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
