Clarvida is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Raleigh, NC. You will support a small caseload (8–12 clients) with individualized behavioral services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or a related Human Services discipline with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
• Organized, collaborative and team-oriented professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs
