Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in Luzerne County, PA. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required.
• BCBA Certification is preferred.
• Master's degree in a mental health field with one year paid experience with children/youth.
• PA child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, observations) and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
