Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in St. Louis is seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based behavioral programs. You will design hierarchical programming, supervise RBTs, and guide families toward daily success with data-driven ABA.

This role emphasizes collaboration with treatment teams, ongoing data review, and ethical practice per BACB standards. A strong communicator with reliable transportation is essential to reach clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required or in progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable car and driver’s license for client home visits.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success.
• Communicate with treatment team and other providers.
• Review data and maintain BACB-compliant boundaries.
• Initial intake, ongoing assessments, discharge planning.
