Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to design evidence-based ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and guide families for children with developmental challenges in Massachusetts. This role emphasizes data-driven progress, ethical practice, and collaborative care with treatment teams.

You will develop hierarchical plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate discharge planning while maintaining BACB-aligned professional boundaries and ensuring client well-being.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or exam scheduled within one month.
• Driver's license and reliable car for commuting to clients.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Provide family guidance for programming success.
• Communicate with treatment team and other service providers.
• Complete intake and ongoing assessments; discharge planning.
• Maintain professional boundaries per BACB.
