New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a licensed BCBA to design and implement data-driven, evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with ASD in home and community settings. You will conduct assessments, set individualized goals, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure progress.

The role emphasizes training families and staff, monitoring progress through data, and adapting interventions to each client's needs in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• BCBA certification in Behavior Analysis (or willingness to pursue).
• 0+ years of ABA therapy experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and preference assessments.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure family-centered care.
• Provide training and support to direct care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
