Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise therapy implementation, train technicians, monitor data, and document progress while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
