Job summary

Crimson Heights, LLC is seeking a qualified BCBA to design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related needs. You will supervise technicians, develop treatment plans grounded in data, and ensure compliance with insurance and professional standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring field staff, maintaining data systems, and coordinating with families and external agencies to ensure consistent support across settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree requirement and BCBA certification.
• Three years of experience supporting individuals with autism.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools and ABA methods.
• Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans and teaching programs grounded in assessment data and behavior-analytic principles.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards.
• Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.

Education

Master's degree in special education or psychology
