Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a part-time BCBA Specialist to provide oversight over teams delivering ABA therapy for children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, parent collaboration, and high-quality clinical supervision across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, a Master’s degree or higher, and at least two years of BCBA experience, with strong communication skills and commitment to our values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a BCBA is required.
• Certification/registration/licensure as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety and maintain data-driven program directions.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
