Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for supervising RBTs and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for parent and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based behavioral assessments (FBAs and skills assessments).
• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and paraprofessionals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data for clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for funding and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
