Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• A BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Experience with preschool-aged children with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Experience in school-based/interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts FBAs and develops BIPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Analyzes assessments to inform behavioral programming.
• Designs and oversees implementation of ABA-based behavior support and skill acquisition programs.
• Coaches and trains educators on evidence-based behavior management techniques.
• Participates in IEP meetings and collaborates with team members to modify plans as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and data collection to monitor progress.
