Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-person roles in New York City. We offer full-time and part-time positions with strong clinical and administrative support, flexible scheduling, and a focus on quality care.

You will develop and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and students, conduct assessments, train parents, and ensure compliance. Travel to client homes is required to deliver hands-on services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible in New York.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• New York Medicaid ID required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards.
