Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract BCBA in Clinton Township, MI to develop behavioral interventions, conduct FBAs, and support students with diverse needs.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings, crisis prevention, and Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to promote positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• School-based experience preferred with knowledge of IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, analyze behavioral data, and develop BIPs to support student success.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to address individual needs and improve access to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to provide behavioral consultation and ABA strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support crisis prevention and compliance with special education requirements.
