Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a BCBA Therapist in Michigan to provide behaviour analysis services. You will design and implement intervention plans for clients and support families and caregivers in achieving meaningful outcomes.

The role requires active BCBA certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 for a full-time engagement in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities is valued.
• Based in Michigan and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments
• Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs and behaviour technicians
• Train and support families and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain clinical documentation
