Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting in Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position. You will collaborate with teachers, SPED teams, RBTs, and other school professionals to implement practical supports throughout the day.

The role focuses on conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data collection, and coaching staff, with a daytime schedule and no evenings or weekends. Compensation includes hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based BCBA experience preferred, but not required.

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Pay & Benefits

• $55-$60 per hour (up to approximately $75,000 per school year)
