Job summary

Applied ABC in Clinton, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person services at Clinton CUSD. The role is 10 hours per week with potential to grow; start date 2026-2027 school year; compensation negotiable based on experience and certification.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, prepare reports, participate in IEP meetings, and coordinate care with families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Active Board certification – BACB exam passed.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Licensed as BCBA.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Willing to work in the US and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as-needed and observations, including direct support.
• Coordinate care, parent/staff training, and meetings (IEPs/BSPs).
• Create program materials and participate in assessments and treatment planning.
• Collect data and monitor progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Train staff in ABA strategies and supervise BCaBA/RBTs.
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings at schools.
