Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Ann Arbor, Michigan to provide behavioral assessment and intervention planning for students. The BCBA will implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate with education teams to support positive behavioral outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree and have active BCBA certification, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers a full-scheduled role in a school-based setting with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Valid Michigan license or certification as required for behavior analysis practice.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation services.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
