Job summary

TheraEd Staffing Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for students. You will design and oversee ABA interventions, conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, train and supervise staff, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with IEP teams, educators and families to promote positive student outcomes.

A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with at least one year of school-based or pediatric

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)


• Provide direct and indirect support to students to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs


• Train, supervise, and support behavioral staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA strategies


• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed


• Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to ensure student success in both academic and functional areas
