Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across ages. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators and supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates.

The role offers flexibility to work via telehealth, in-clinic, at home, or on-site at schools or care facilities, with a patient-centered approach aligned to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and active licensure where required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise ABA treatment plans.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy when indicated and ensure fidelity to plans.
• Monitor progress via data collection and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB rules.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to supervisees.
• Conduct regular session observations to ensure plan fidelity.
