Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for diverse patients across lifespans. The role supports telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings, aligning with BACB standards and ACT mission.

You will lead assessments, develop measurable plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Deliver ABA therapy and monitor progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate care.
