Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for patients across the lifespan. The role offers flexible delivery including telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings to meet patient needs.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, supervise RBTs, ensure high-quality data collection, and maintain compliance with BACB standards. A Master’s in ABA or related field and active BCBA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise ABA treatment programs.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as indicated.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB rules.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Provide caregiver training and coaching to support generalization.
