Job summary

Flywheel Centers in New Jersey is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to lead supervision and collaborate with families, clients, and clinical teams. The role offers hybrid/remote work options and opportunities to build caseloads that fit the clinician’s strengths and schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NJ license required.
• Experience delivering ABA to children with autism.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and parent training for assigned clients.
• Create individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and family goals.
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Central Reach and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Flywheel policies, state regulations, and insurance standards.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality.
